  Ensure your items are in their original condition, with shrink-wrap intact for textbooks and tags attached for apparel and spirit wear.

  Locate your original sales receipt or packing slip to ensure a smooth transition and a full refund to your original payment method.

  Submit Your Return

  Bring your items to our customer service desk in-store or use our online portal to generate a prepaid shipping label for mail-in returns.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once your return is inspected and processed, a credit will be applied to your account or original payment method within 5-7 business days.
